Hey, Real Estate Agents: It’s important to keep communicating after the sale!

Did you know that the percentage of people who say the would not use the same real estate agent is higher that the percentage of people who say they would use the same agent again?

Keeping  past clients on your “just listed” or “sold” mail lists are one way to get referrals or repeat clients. What about dropping a line or two on their Facebook page? (If you don’t already keep in contact with your current and past clients via social media, you’re in trouble!)

Your communications should constantly remind people of who you are and what you offer to ensure you remain visible, and you should use unique marketing to generate attention.

Additionally, think about reaching out to past customers to be a source of education. Do what you can to position yourself as a real estate expert offline as well as online!
