What is a social campaign?
Simply put- a social media advertising campaign is a campaign that’s launched on one or more social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, or others. Each campaign should be designed around a specific goal, such as getting users’ feedback, improving your brand’s engagement, or increasing your conversion rates (ie: improving sales.)
Remember- the most important thing about setting a campaign goal is that it needs to be measurable. For example, if you want to improve your sales, your pre-campaign sales revenue will be your baseline. For example, if you own a dog daycare, your grand prize could be 14 full days of play. Sure, you could offer a PS5, but that wouldn’t make as much sense.
- Promote your campaign across your social accounts It doesn’t matter if your campaign is focused on one particular platform (ie: you want to increase your social engagement and likes for your Instagram account). Your campaign should be promoted on all of your social channels
- Measure your success and re-calibrate as needed One of the biggest benefits of using a social media campaign, is that your metrics (and your success rate) are available to you at your fingertips. If your campaign is working, you’ll be able to measure that. On the other hand, if it’s not working as well as you hoped, you can take some time to re-calibrate your efforts.
