Wow Your Audience with Video Marketing: Florida Internet Marketing

Want to wow your audience?

Want to get more engagement and more interactions from your potential customers?

If so, you need to pull out all the stops and use one of the most effective means of Florida Internet marketing today: the video.

Videos don’t have to get anything fancy or special. They don’t have to all go viral to be successful, either. You just need a good message, a camera, maybe a microphone, and the will to put the video out there for others to see.

Here are some tips you can use to get more mileage from your video marketing campaign.

Put Your Videos Everywhere

By now, your Florida Internet marketing campaign should have several channels, or means by which you can reach your target audience.

You can create a video and share it on all of these channels, including (but not limited to):

  • Your website
  • Emails
  • Blog posts
  • Social media posts
  • Social media ads
  • Landing pages
  • Guest blog posts
  • YouTube

You want everyone to see your videos in as many places as possible. So, to do that, put them everywhere. Link to them. Share them. Encourage others to share them. Don’t be shy – the more you broadcast your videos, the more successful they’ll be.

Use Videos in Pitches

PR is an important tool that is overlooked by a lot of digital marketers. You can use your videos to create scintillating pitches for reporters, editors, and writers with newspapers, blogs, magazines, and other online sites.

Just give them a reason to use the video by telling them what it’s about, how it connects to their publication, and why their readers will want to see it. They’ll be more likely to include the video and/or interview you for a story!

Optimize for Search Engines

Finally, make sure your videos are optimized for search engines.

Include keywords in the descriptions. Use tags and categories. Host the video on a web page and write over 250 words of content – complete with keywords – on that same page that describes the video and what it’s about. (Some people will want to read this before they watch.)

If you use a still from the video as a static image, put an ALT text tag with keywords. These steps can help you better optimize for search engines.
